Rural Crime School
Each year the Task Force puts on a Rural Crimes School for law enforcement to learn the best practices available in Rural-Agricultural Crime prevention and prosecution.
2017 Crime School Date: October 1st thru October 6th, 2017. Be sure to mark your calendars for our upcoming Rural Crime School. This is a 40-hour POST course designed for patrol officers, investigators, regulators and crime prevention personnel, who desire to develop an expertise in the area of rural crime. The student will be provided with the skills necessary for effective rural crime prevention, reporting, interdiction and investigation. We work to have many of the courses also be certified for MCLE credits so Prosecutors attending can also gain additional continuing education credits.
